To provide community welfare, emergency services, and association governance, we collect the following categories of information:

• Member Account Details: Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, Father's Name, Residential Address, and Passport-size Photo for official digital PVC identity cards.
• Emergency Blood Seva: Blood group, emergency donor availability status, and contact phone number for 24/7 life-saving patient matching.
• Contributions & Seva Donations: Donor name, phone number, PAN (for 80G receipts if provided), amount, payment mode, and transaction reference numbers.
• Expense & Voucher Management: Official bills, receipts, and vendor payment documentation submitted by authorized office bearers.

3. Purpose of Data Processing

Collected information is strictly utilized for:

• Connecting emergency blood seekers with verified voluntary donors across Jagtial and Telangana.
• Billing and tracking monthly association membership subscriptions (₹216 standard / ₹116 concession).
• Issuing official digital receipts and statutory balance sheets with digital QR verification.
• Conducting statutory executive meetings, resolutions, and democratic internal elections.

4. Payment Security & Financial Standards

We do not collect or store full credit/debit card numbers or UPI PINs on our servers. All online membership dues and public donations are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway in full compliance with PCI-DSS standards and Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations.

5. Device Permissions Requested by Mobile App

Our Android mobile app may request the following permissions only when actively triggered by the user:

• Camera / Media Storage: Used solely when authorized office bearers upload bill receipts or member profile photos.
• Internet & Network State: Required to sync live fund balances, receipts, and announcements with our secure server.
• Notifications: Used for urgent blood donor SOS broadcasts and monthly dues clearance alerts.

6. Data Retention & User Deletion Rights

Users have the right to inspect, update, or request deletion of their personal profiles. Statutory accounting records (donation receipts and financial ledgers) are preserved in accordance with societies registration audit guidelines.
